I have been in the Property Management/Real Estate industry over 20+ years servicing the Western New York real estate community and have networked with several different management companies. None of them would do short term property watch services like we do. They all wanted the bigger dollar, long term contractual property management deals. 

Being a buffalo native I saw a large need for this service in Western New York after talking with fellow realtors from other areas who currently offer this service. 

Since we have so many “snowbirds”, cause of our very long winters and world travelers, and out-of-town investors or homeowners who often had vacant properties awaiting sales or were in between renters as well as someone simply going on a vacation utilize our services.

I have been a Licensed Real Estate Broker running my own company ‘New York State Realty’ since 2010 and has been involved with several committees and boards on the Buffalo Niagara Association of Realtors organization and a member of the New York State and National Association of Realtors.

Our team has been helping thousands of homeowners, landlords, real estate investors, home buyers, and renters navigate the ever changing real estate climate and now we offer property watch services.
